1 lb Ground Venison
2 Tbs Reload Rub & Seasoning Co. Fully Loaded
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
8 Whole eggs
Diced Yellow Onion
Baby Spinach
Organic Salsa
Crumbled Goat Cheese
Ole Spinach & Herb – Tortilla Wraps

Brown venison in medium sized skillet, mixing in seasoning. Beat 8 eggs in separate bowl, and pour into pan with browned venison. Once eggs are no longer runny turn off burner. On a separate skillet, heat desired number of tortillas. Serves 4-6.
