2 lbs Venison
1 cup per pound garden fresh green beans (or broccoli)

9 eggs per pound

1 cup brown rice per pound

Reload Seasoning

Garlic Salt (to taste)

Oregano (to taste)

Parsely (to taste)


Add meat to pan, season with Reload, then brown.

Add eggs and scramble into meat.

In separate pan, season green beans (or broccoli) and cook with brown rice.

Combine all cooked ingredients.

2 lbs of venison should yield about 5 servings.
