IHUNTFIT FUEL PROTEIN WAFFLES

Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

1 scoop clean whey protein (chocolate or preference)
1/2 scoop clean casein protein (vanilla or preference)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tbsp milk (or almond milk)
2/3 cup steel cut oats

Mix all that together and add water as needed to get consistency. Put on waffle iron 5-7 minutes (I cook until top and edges are a little crispy, it’s all personal preference here).

Toppings:
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp water
Heat until berries are warm.

Serve.
