Killer Bear Roast

• 5lb Deboned Bear Meat

• 3/4 c. Brown Sugar

• 1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup

• 4-8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms

• 4 Beef Bouillon Cubes

• 3-4 c. Water

• Garlic Powder, to taste

• Pepper, to taste

Debone meat and trim as much fat as possible. Mix brown sugar and onion soup together and rub into roast. Place roast and any loose sugar/soup into oven dish/Dutch oven. Add water, mushrooms, bouillon cubes. Add garlic & pepper. Cover and slow cook at 225 for 6-8 hours. After 4 hours, baste with juices every 30 minutes.
